Tzur Di-Cori - Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Di-Cori has a successful track record of 16 years in Medical Device management and business development. Prior to joining EZsurgical, Mr. DiCori was Vice President Sales & Business Development Asia and Europe at Card Guard [Symbol: CARDG, Swiss Stock Exchange]. His prior position in Card Guard was Chief Operating Officer, where he lead the company through a successful IPO on the Swiss Stock Exchange and subsequent reorganization and M&A activities. Mr. Di-Cori holds a B.A in management and an MBA.

Asher Waizman -Operations and R&D Manager
Mr. Waizman has significant experience in the Medical Device field, serving as the Logistics and Planning Manager in CardGuard, in charge of planning & control, inventory, ERP system management and working closely with the engineering and R&D teams. Prior to joining EZsurgical, Mr. Waizman was head of the Material department in Risco Group, in charge of procurement division and planning & control team. Mr. Waizman holds a B.Sc. in Electric Engineering from the Jerusalem Collage of Technology.

Dalit Altmark - QA manager
Dalit holds an M.A. in Quality Study & Statistics, University of Haifa, Israel - with honors, and B.A. in Human Services and Business Management, Academic College of Emek Yezrael - with honors on Dean's List and B.Ed.Des., graphic design, The Neri Bloomfield Academy of Design and Education. Prior to joining EZsurgical Dalit was QA Engineer at "I-Scan Robotics", overseeing a wide range of projects: from development stages to product realization, Implementing stability processes and collecting and processing of data.

Liat Diamant - Director of Regulatory Affairs
Over 9 years as Regulatory Affair and Clinical manger for companies in various medical device fields. Experience in managing Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs and Clinical trial activities including ISO 13485 and Annex II implementing and certification, strategic planning of company regulatory path for CE and FDA approval.
